Ingredients
- I cup cooked oatmeal
- 1c cooked and minced beef or chicken (eg leftover pot roast or roast chicken from dinner)
- 1c leftover cooked carrots or peas
- I cup cooked oatmeal
- 1c cooked and minced beef or chicken (eg leftover pot roast or roast chicken from dinner)
- 1c leftover cooked carrots or peas
Instructions
Combine oatmeal , meat, and veggies in a blender or hand blender. Add either cooking water from veggies or plain water or breast milk or formula to baby food until desired consistancy is achieved.
* Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays, and store cubes in freezer bag.
