Hi all. A few months ago I posted the text of a letter I received from AHOPE for Children detailing changes to the program. Our sponsorship of the 8-year-old girl terminated in March due to changes in AHOPE's program affiliation. Today I received information about an 11-year-old boy eligible for the remaining 6 months of the sponsorship we paid for. I have a picture and some brief information. I will have Frank scan the picture and post it and the information on the website we had for the other child we sponsored, and those who contributed to the sponsorship can email me at tricksyhobbit@donet.com for the link to the website.
If you want to review the information about AHOPE's program changes, you can visit their website at www.ahopeforchildren.org. They are explanding their program, and ENAT House, due to much worldwide publicity, no longer needed to depend on AHOPE for support.
Additionally, and just to plan ahead, please let me know whether you would like to contribute to another year of sponsorship in August. We just barely eked out enough money for a full-year sponsorship last year, so I'd like to know whether I could indicate to Kathy Olsen at AHOPE that we're up for another year.
