Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t. salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash Tabasco/hot sauce
  • 6 soda crackers (crushed) or 1/4 c.bread crumbs (best if toasted)
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz jars marinated artichokes, drained (reserve oil!) and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 T. parsley
  • 4 eggs

Notes

I like to double the recipe and pour into 1 8x8 pan and 1 13x9 pan. I have used canned artichokes marinated overnight with success when I could not find enough marinated artichokes.

This is great for a brunch buffet when you don't want another bread item. Kids like it too!
