"Many of you may have become aware in the last 48 hours of attempts by infant formula company representatives to influence changes in the message planned for the National Breastfeeding Awareness Campaign being launched by the United States National Ad Council with the Department of Health & Human Services.
"These attempts to dilute and manipulate the campaign focus and message as completely intolerable. Time is of the essence, we need to send letters no later than Monday, November 24.
