Funny? Yes and no....

I don't know HOW he did it, but my DS12 fixed things on our PC so that when I came to TNH today, this is what I saw....

BIG UPDATE

'Okay New Homemakers, I've got some bad news. Unfortunately, my web host has increased its fee considerably (by about $600 per month!) and I am no longer able to pay it. Due to this, The New Homemaker.com will be unavailable as of tomorrow. Some of the links and most of the pictures are broken already. I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience, but this is out of my hands and there is nothing I can do.

TNH may be made available again towards the end of the year, if I can find an affordable hosting package.

I've had a great time with this website ever since it hit the web, and I am so sorry to lose contact with you all through The New Homemaker. But there really is nothing I can do. Best Regards,

Lynn'

I about fell off my chair in horror. Then I realised what the date is today....

Heart palpitations!!!!

That's what I had when I started reading that message!
Your son is very, very clever, Honey. Both the content and the execution of the April Fool's gag were brilliant.
Note to Lynn - thank you for being here! I really would be lost without TNH!

Impressive joke

Honey--

I thought this was an amazingly good April Fool's joke, but at first I couldn't figure out why I was so surprised that a 12 year old would come up with this. Then I realized I was just impressed that your 12 year old knew enough about what is most important to think of this.
