Ice Cream Cake Mixes/recipies
My SIL got dd6 a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Cake Maker for her birthday. Problem is, I can't find anyplace to buy the refills for it! Does anyone know of any recipies for this blasted contraption? It makes a tiny ice cream cake. Neat idea, just a pain in my rear now! LOL!

don't know if this helps
But I make ice cream cake by simply melting ice cream then pouring into what I want it to be. Sometimes just gram cracker pie crust pans and sometimes a cake pan lined with wax paper so I can take it out then put frosting on it once it's frozen again. The first is easiest melt, pour in pie pan, re-freeze, add topping if desired and serve and eat. The cake takes a bit longer and has to be frosted in cold garage so it doesn't melt while decorating. Both are yummy in the end tho.

ice cream
I just bought myself a brand new ICE 50 yesterday. The recipe in the manual required double cream. Will an all purpose cream do? Will the ratio be the same? Please help!
