A great toy!
We gave this to Louisa for her third birthday this year and she has really gotten a lot of play value out of it. She'll put it aside for a while and then pick it up again and loves fishing the pieces in and out of the puzzle. Recommended!

Yes, it is!
Melissa & Doug toys ROCK. This fish puzzle is the simplest, best toy. DD loves it, and when she can't find the fishing pole, she'll just pull the pieces out and play "fishies"--they talk and interact together a lot like her dollies do.
They're mastering fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, visual discrimination skills, pattern recognition, and marine biology and they don't even know it! They *think* they're playing!
