Yes, it is!Melissa & Doug toys ROCK. This fish puzzle is the simplest, best toy. DD loves it, and when she can't find the fishing pole, she'll just pull the pieces out and play "fishies"--they talk and interact together a lot like her dollies do. They're mastering fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, visual discrimination skills, pattern recognition, and marine biology and they don't even know it! They *think* they're playing!
