You have to pump for more than a few months (rent one for more than three months and you may as well have bought one) or, you plan on having more than one kid.

I'm pretty sure they have other double pump styles, too, though not listed on Amazon. I highly recommend them.

I bought this my last pregnancy. I ended up having to pump for a solid 10 weeks (NICU issues) The motor could not keep up as well as the hospital grade, but after really nursing, it was good for trips away from the baby.
