Was really dizzy yesterday then when my lips and mouth started tingling I got worried and went to the doctor. I'm OK, but I have a viral infection in my inner, inner ear. It's actually a relief to have a virus. I was getting worked up over being so dizzy and not knowing why. Turns out the tingling lips and mouth was because during dizzy spells I started hyperventillating without realizing it. Tingling like that is a side effect. Never had that before!
I'm under doctors orders to rest, NOT to drive 
, and if I feel like I need it, to lay down. So I spent the day sitting or laying down on the couch, playing with DD, and untangling the fringe on my chenille throw. The kitchen's a mess and the floor needs a good vacuum, but I'll deal with it later.
So if your lips start to tingle, or your face or your fingers, slow down your breathing and look around at what's got you worked up, man. Or see your doctor to make sure you're OK!
