We have been watching far too much TV lately. In the early fall (and in the early spring, early summer and early winter--whenever the weather shifts) my fibromyalgia kicks up and I get very very tired, achey and depressed. It's very easy to just let the kids zone in front of the tube, and that's what we've been doing.
And now I'm paying the price. Josie especially is not minding me, has the attention span of a gnat, and talks about nothing but TV shows. I need to change that, starting today. I'm feeling a little better, which always helps with determination. So right now the classical music channel is on the TV, the cabinet doors are closed, and we're off to better things. Wish me luck.
