Description
A simple roast for busy days.
Ingredients
- 1 beef roast, boneless or bone-in
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 T Wondra flour
Instructions
1.Place any cheap roast, boneless or bone-in, that will fit into your Crockpot. It can be fresh or frozen.
2.Dump one can of condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup over roast.
3.Dump one packet of dry Onion Soup over roast.
4.Cover and cook on Low for 6 hrs fresh/8 hrs frozen OR High for 4 hrs fresh/6 hrs frozen.
5.Remove roast and whisk a little Wondra flour into the remaining liquid to make a gravy.
6.Serve this most tender roast ever with mashed potatoes smothered in the fabulous gravy!
