Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Description
Decadent and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb. ground beef (you can sub turkey, chicken, pork or veg crumbles too)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 oz. cream cheese - room temp. (low fat or fat free or vegan works too)
- 8 oz. cottage cheese (low fat or fat free or vegan works)
- 1 c. sour cream (low fat or fat free or soy works)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 handfuls of mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese (optional)

- 1 box of spaghetti (wheat or gluten free works too)
Instructions
Boil spaghetti and drain, brown meat, drain and add tomato sauce and spices, let simmer about 5-10 min. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic and pepper in a bowl. In a 2 qt. casserole, layer 1/2 the pasta, then top with the cheese mixture, then layer the rest of the pasta on top of that. Top this with meat mixture and top with your favorite cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Let sit about 20 min. before serving. Makes about 10 servings!
