Description
Ingredients
Instructions
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups water
4 green tea bags or 8 teaspoons loose tea leaves
12 cups boiling water
fresh mint leaves for garnish
sugar
Bruise the mint leaves and combine them with the tea or tea bags in a 2-quart heat-resistant pitcher, or a pottery bowl if you don't have a heat-resistant pitcher. Add sugar to taste while the tea's still hot. Cool, pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves. Green tea has caffeine, but not as much as black tea.
