Flavored Hot Cocoa Mix

I apologize for the huge quantity this makes, we package it in ziplocks, put it in pretty tins, and give it as Christmas gifts.

1 tin cocoa powder
1 small box powdered milk
1 pound sugar

candy canes, vanilla beans, butterscotch candies, instant esspersso powder

In a very large bowl mix the cocoa powder, dry milk, and sugar. Separate into 4 smaller bowls. Crush the candies in the food processor or coffee mill into a powder. Split the vanilla beans and scrape the inside. Add one of the flavorings to each bowl and mix.
