JJ's Favorite Vinaigrette

Description
Ingredients
- 1 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c sweet vinegar--red wine, raspberry, flavored rice wine vinegar
- 2 pinch salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 clove finely minced garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- Scant T Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp each dried and crushed rosemary and thyme
- 3 drop Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: finely, finely shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese (the "dust" at the bottom of the container); a drop of Tabasco

Instructions
Combine all in a dressing bottle or jar, shake well. Infinitely variable and delicious.
