Ingredients
- 1c extra virgin olive oil
- 1c sweet vinegar--red wine, raspberry, flavored rice wine vinegar
- 2pinch salt
- 1tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2clove finely minced garlic
- 2tsp sugar
- Scant T Dijon mustard
- 1tsp each dried and crushed rosemary and thyme
- 3drop Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: finely, finely shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese (the "dust" at the bottom of the container); a drop of Tabasco

Combine all in a dressing bottle or jar, shake well. Infinitely variable and delicious.
