Ingredients

  • 1 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c sweet vinegar--red wine, raspberry, flavored rice wine vinegar
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 clove finely minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Scant T Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp each dried and crushed rosemary and thyme
  • 3 drop Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: finely, finely shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese (the "dust" at the bottom of the container); a drop of Tabasco

Instructions

Combine all in a dressing bottle or jar, shake well. Infinitely variable and delicious.
