New baby, new you?
Well, the size of DD1week (I'm not a terribly large person and she was 9lb 10oz) has left me with fairly well split abdominal muscles. I have some yoga exercises you can do very early post-partum and then some physiotherapy ones for a little later. My goal is to spend 10 minutes a day on abdominal and pelvic floor exercises this week.
Shouldn't be too hard, right? . . .
