Yes thats true becky, but have u ever used a coarse mustard, Grey Poupon has a harvest coarse ground flavor, that has whole mustard seeds. I know some people use it as a rub on meats or on salads. I've never used it like that but theres a recipe for a salmon bake that sounds really good. its on greypoupon.com in their recipe section.
