Jo, that is a major bummer. I am so sorry! The safety thing is big. So you think this is a student? Someone you know? Hopefully your insurance will cover most of it. For the ribs, I saute them in a skillet and then bake 2 to 3 hours at 350. I cover them with a homemade sauce if I have time or a good bottled sauce if I don't. But I jazz up the bottled stuff with onion, garlic, soy, etc. I put the sauce on before they bake and cover with foil. They are quite easy and oh so good.
Congrats on the Expedition Jenny! Wow! That is a huge car.
