I'm Having Problems With
PMS. Which has really not ever been a problem for me. More perimenopause, I expect, but I'm just feeling so negative and very hormonal lately.
I got back on the treadmill Friday morning after 10 weeks with no exercise (in class or doing homework 16 hours a day, no joke) and I had the best day of the week, so I'm walking again tomorrow.
I'm also not very mindful of mindwork type stuff lately. That's probably part of it too.
I do take fish oil and B complex, and I have been eating well, so I have that in my favor. I need to drink much more water though, I'm quite dehydrated for sure.
Thanks for the reminder Shaun! I'm going to get off the computer, have a big glass of water, and go do something quiet and mindful. By myself.
