I think someone on your IP address (which may be shared) or your provider has been flagged as a spammer. I'm using a new spam module now and it's flagging you repeatedly just like the old one did. There is NOTHING about your content that would trigger it, so it's something else, something beyond both of our control. I just make sure I go through the spam filter several times a day now.
