Is portabella mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, frozen spinach, chopped up marinated artichoke hearts, and sun-dried tomatoes which I grill and a salad of baby spinach, shredded carrots, carmelized onions (warm), dried cherries and toasted pine nuts(warm) with a warm dressing of equal parts olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup. They eat it, but they call it "chick food." What's up with that?
