It should be noted that an EBA can also be
found on the Internet, and that not all good EBA's are members
of NAEBA. With respect to compensation, an exclusive
buyer agency agreement is negotiable. Instead of specifically
appointing the buyer as payor, it may include language that
buyer agrees to cover that portion of the buyer's broker fee
that the seller will not cover.
