I can simplify that quickly. The easiest thing until then: Ignore everything but "description" and "title." "Parent Album" would be if you have your photos organized into albums; you can ignore it. You can make an album, or you should be able to make one, by going to:
http://www.thenewhomemaker.com/node/add/acidfree
and clicking on the album tab. If there is no album tab, let me know.
Answering your questions anyway even though you don't need to know: A "node" in our content management system is any kind of content that shows up in its own page. "Weight" is where the node shows up in lists. Lighter things float to the top, heavier things sink to the bottom. "Technorati" is a social bookmarking service; tagging things helps others find interesting content (not coincidentally it also helps TNH get traffic), but you don't have to add any of your own tags. "File attachments" shouldn't be there.
You don't really need to worry about any of this.
