Interesting...
The last study I read about television and children's sleep patterns was that the lights flashing and emitted from the screen, if watched within an hour before bedtime, interfered with the quality of the child's sleep. I wish I could site the source, but I can't find it. I just know that I read it, and tried to follow it's advice.
