This is the second Belleruth Naperstack CD I've listened to. The first helped me make peace with my heart. This one helped almost immediately with the dreadful insomnia that has plagued me lately--weeks of hardly any sleep at all, which makes my fibromyalgia much worse. Even John has enjoyed it; I don't have a personal player, so we both have to listen to it. I really recommend her CDs.
