Working out the kinks!
Well, I've managed time on the treadmill 4 days this week, and strength training (moderate) twice, so that's feeling pretty good. I hope I can keep it up once we go back to school next week. Theoretically, if I get up with DD16.5, I should have plenty of time for a walk and some strength training in the mornings before DD12 gets on the bus, then I still have time to shower and get myself ready after that...realisticaly, I often crawl back in bed.
Lazy me.
It's taken me all week to work off my Easter excess/ovulation water weight but I think I'm managing.
I was at the mall with my sister, my niece and DD16.5 today I am looking for a great spring dress for an "event" that DH and I will be attending in two weeks. I'd like something a bit sexy...but 40-year-old-sexy, not 40-year-old-trying-to-look-20...kwim? Tough to find, especialy considering my height/weight/bust size (too short/too much/not enough
) Dresses just never look right.
I hope you all are out there makng great progress on your New You goals. I can't claim great progress but I'm making progress none-the-less!
