My contributions...
for Easter dinner are fresh strawberry pie, banana pudding, mixed green/yellow beans with pine nuts and lemon, and glazed baby carrots. We're going to my sister's for dinner after church.
My hope for tomorrow is to just eat reasonable portions. We will have breakfast at church after sunrise service and I'll probably just eat fruit. The men usually serve french toast, sausage, and fruit...I don't eat breakfast sausage at all and the french toast will likely be lukewarm and on the soggy side which I also find completely resistable! Dinner, however will be a challenge! On the bright side, I won't be dealing with tons of left-overs once we get home!
I've got to wrap up my pre-Easter chores now!
Blessings!
Lenora
