dried fruit?
I can't have too much in any one day but I LOVE those partially rehydrated apricots. They are completely unlike the old dried out ones you used to get from healthfood shops. I know you said you like crunchy things but thought this might help any sweet tooth. Rice crackers are probably the thing for crunch, and my DD still loves them, but I'm not wild about them. The ones with seaweed at least have a bit more taste and nutritional value but...
there are loads of other dried fruits available these days too of course - blueberries, cranberries, tropical fruits... just check that they don't have added colours, sugars, other nasties which would defeat the object a bit.
