segmented sleep
I read in a magazine on an airplane last month that humans aren't really supposed to sleep straight through the night. Until we had artificial light beyond candles, the normal thing was to sleep for 4 hours, wake up in the middle of the night for 1-3 hours, and then go back to sleep for another 4 hours; and that's what is technically "natural" for us.
Anyway, that was a tangent....
TADA:
-Morning routine
-Fixed DH's breakfast and lunch
-2 loads of laundry washed and dried
-Lots of desk chores
Still PODA:
-put away laundry
-clean the kitchen
-put down some roach motels (the bugs aren't too bad but we want to make sure not to take any with us when we move!)
-pay bills
-work some more on the baby blanket-- it's taking forever! It's a lot bigger than I thought it was.
