Tonite we had homemade meatloaf that had been frozen. I made a double recipe before. It was a different one that was very saucy - good. Also spinach and romaine salad, penne with parmesan, and frozen mixed veggies. Not bad for a quick meal.

Tomorrow I am not sure b/c our nite is crazy with DS10's basketball and DH has a dinner out for work so not sure what we will do.
