Good luck ladies!
I have lost 10 pounds in the last year - down to 149 from 159, BUT, I have not been on the scale much since Christmas and I have a feeling I am up a bit. I would really like to get down to 130, but would be happy with 140.
Jillian, this Rice Diet is interesting. Is the diet itself online? Couldn't find it on the site, maybe I missed it. I've done a number of things - Atkins, my own low carb plan, Weight Watchers, South Beach for awhile. My biggest thing is to avoid hunger - which means adding protein for me. Good lean proteins such as eggs, nuts, low fat cheeses and meats. Exercising daily is also very important for me. I've been trying to do 10 minutes before work plus a walk during the day. It is not much, but does help.
Well, interested to see how everyone progresses!
