2007 Goals
I'm back. Been a bit, but I've actually been trying to work on my goals rather than talk about them. Something I have a hard time doing. I hope you all are doing better at that than me. My main goal is also weight loss, and I'm doing pretty good. I've joined The Rice Diet Program and so far, so good. I personally felt it was a great approach for me, since it's pretty cheap (whole grains and fruits and veggies, can't get any more simple, can it?) there's no fee to sign up online, and I can email the diet to anyone rather than having to buy the book (or check yer local library).
My second goal is to actually stick to my house cleaning schedule. We're doing pretty good. Dishes have been kept done for a week now (clean as I cook...let's keep hoping!)
Felt good to state them! If I don't check back often, it's not that I've abandoned all hope, just busy with home and getting this DH of mine through his PhD!! Then, off to work on my MBA. Sheesh.
