Initial goals

To start with, I'd like to -

Go for a walk every day

Carry on with my recent change to wholemeal bread, rice and pasta. It took a while, but I eventually got used to it Smiling

Go to bed at a reasonable time, and get enough sleep. I have slipped back into my old habits of staying up until 2 in the morning again Shocked I will aim to be asleep by 12.

That's all I am committing to this week - I still have Christmas goodies to use up! Smiling
