Me too
We don't have any bathroom scales, and I don't really want to get any, so I'm not going to have specific weight goals. All I can say is that my trousers and my stomach are not happy companions at the moment. When they are, I'll consider that part of my job done
With all my current stresses and strains I've been eating too much and too often having a glass of wine or two in the evening. Now, realistically I know that's not going to change in the next few days. However, New House, New You! That's the rule for me. When we've moved, that's my moment.
Now I almost have my PhD done I want to get back to pilates again. I did it for several years and loved it, but haven't had time recently to practice or go to classes. That one of the first things I want to find in Edinburgh. Other than that exercise is going to be walking, swimming and running around after DD2.5
