Mainly for housekeeping...it was free. Something I threw together and use (my family calls it my SOP-Standard Operating Procedure!). I'll post the file again, can't figure out how to do it as a comment, so, I'll title it "Printable Organizer" on the posts. I keep mine in a page protector, so I can check things off with a dry erase marker. Sorry if this is isn't what you are looking for, but it's very changeable, and has worked well for us.
