Snowy Hail!
Some of the stuff coming down our way is a weirdy snowy hail. It thwaps our atruim roof much like rain, but is a little clump of semi-icy snow. I've never seen that before that I can recall. It's 31 degrees (Farenheight) according to the thermometer in the atruim, which makes this former Midwesterner concerned about freezing rain.
It's sticking for a little bit on the cold surfaces, like stone walls and mailboxes, and DD and I played "dragons" with our breath on the way to school today, and I LOVE watching the snow fall, but I'd just as soon not have to shovel anything right now, my arms and legs simply could not do it. Well, if it does, DH can handle it, he's my Polish powerhouse.
