These tiny guys could probably pin a bowling ball to the fridge. They'd probably hold up the door quilt. I've seen these at New Seasons, too,
Using the same techniques used to hang quilts on walls should work, too. Tabs or a hidden pocket sleeve sliding over a bar. I wonder if snaps could be used to secure the sides...I'm not sure how you'd mount them on the door frame...
Or JJ could just make leather ties.
Glad to hear that you're getting so much crafties done. With this weather, you'll be glad of that door quilt. Baby it's cold outside.
This is the freak weather winter, I think. Two massive windstorms at the coast within days of each other, one with hurricane force winds. This is after the Deluge-of-Near-Biblical-Proportions two weeks ago. Oh, and mother earth has decided to get in the act...the small earthquake in East Portland then more recently, a tsunami in Crescent City.
Next you'll have to get busy on the window quilts! Boy do I need those in the basement. Wonder if there are wool blankets at a surplus store round here somewhere I can pick up on the cheap.
