wow, that's HUGE
I just mention the French and tea because I was given a book written by the curator of the Museum of Tea in France and it explains exactly how bug-nuts the French are about tea...I had no idea.
The thing that stuck in my head was the different tea pots for each kind of tea...growing up we had two kinds of tea, Lipton and instant Lipton. It was usually served in a large Tupperware pitcher with ice cubes. I never did take to that stuff.
I actually agree with the seperate-pot-for-each-kind-of-tea, especially with the white tea I brew, it's very delicate in flavor, using it in the same pot I make chai in could indeed affect the flavor. I just marvel that anyone has that kind of counter or shelf space.
All eez love in fair and war.
