- 1c whole wheat flour
- 1c unbleached all-purp flour
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp nutmeg
- 1 1⁄2tsp baking powder
- 1c milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbs canola oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1c cooked wild rice (strained)

Instructions
sift together dry ingredients (flours, salt, baking powder, nutmeg). set aside. beat together egg, milk, yogurt, oil, and sugar. stir in the dry mixture. once blended, add the wild rice. cook over medium heat.
