Good for you for all the painting! I know when we moved in 3 years ago there was a flurry of painting, about half the house got done, and then...nothing. For another year at least. Guess I got burned out on it. We finally painted the guest room last fall, and we still need to paint the dining room, the last small bedroom, and the three bathrooms. Your daughter's room sounds lovely--nice choices!

Good luck with the heat. It's been terrible here, too, but the air conditioning is keeping our house livable. I've been hiding out, and the front flowerbeds definitely show it. Oh well.
