Hey, there is a place 1 1/2 miles from me. 30 acres, 5 bedroom house that needs a little work, and lots of pens for horses. The previous owners daughter was Miss Teen Rodeo New Mexico a couple of years ago, so it's suitable for horses. Believe they just want $105,000 for it.

I also know of a farm of 1,750 acres for sale. Or how about just a 120 acre circle w/ house, bet they would sell it for a song!

What would he say if you told him "How 'bout New Mexico!?". LOL!!!
