Angel Food Cake's not hard....
with a good mixer and the right flour...I'm a "pound cake" girl, myself, though!
Dinner tonight is:
grilled chicken
pasta with fresh pesto (my first!)
fresh bread (rising as I type)
pound cake with blackberries and whipped cream
(We picked the berries from a friend's yard... anybody else notice the scaricty of blackberries at the stores this year? What's up with that?
Bob (the lizard) is munching on a bit of basil right now, too. She grabs for the fresh basil but turns away from my parsley.
