You guys sure do "picnic" more elegantly than we do!

We had a great time at my mom and dad's...(I think I've told you all before that we go there on the 4th because we can see fireworks from at least 5 different cities/communities from their balcony!) We had just had a big family dinner on Sunday with some visiting relatives from FL, so last night was lazy and relaxed.

The DDS and I are hoping to spend the afternoon at the pool so I've thrown a chicken in the crock-pot today. So.....

Crock-pot chicken
dressing/mashed potatoes
veges,
rolls

and

either
creamed chicken and biscuts or
Chicken wraps/chicken salad tomorrow!
