I often think plastic surgery is the modern woman's girdle. Personally, I love the infinite variety of the human body!! Your best excuse about not getting it is saying that you're quite scared of going under the knife, and that you wouldn't like to talk about it any more as it makes you feel icky!!! you wouldn't be lying if you said that and it's not really criticising their life choices, so you wouldn't be insulting them!
