Back tightening is when you have your love handles liposuctioned, and then the skin tightened up. You have to wear a compression vest for 8 weeks afterward to keep bloodflow working right and healing, etc. It's yuck. Personally, I think I'd rather exercise for 8 weeks to tighten up than be cut then have to wear a heavy vest!! To each his own, I guess (my new motto, therefore I will not go insane--well, I think it lowers my chances).
