Jenny, bummer! I have a friend in town who has strep. I thought the heat was supposed to burn off all those bugs and viruses for the summer.

Andrea, my dad lives in Memphis. Lived in New Orleans until about a year before Katrina. I am so glad he moved! He visited his old house, had a giant old tree through it, with 1/2 the house totally open to the elements. I am excited to go to Memphis -- we have not yet seen much of it since he moved there. Went to Graceland a few times about 10 years ago but that doesn't count!

My eyes are so dry from working that I have to go to bed. Aunt Flo is here giving me agonizing cramps, and I am doing laundry like a crazy person. Hope you are all staying cool!
