I made all the teacher
I made all the teacher gifts. I'm only giving to the main teacher, so just two gifts. I bought denim book bags at Hobby Lobby for $2 each and I used my new sewing machine to embroider a beach scene (sand, umbrella, and toys) and their names on them. Easy. Cheap. And hopefully will be much appreciated and used.
For the grads, I bought bath towels at Walmart and embroidered their name on it. Cheap. Easy. And hopefully appreciated and used.
As for the catching on for 4-day week. Except for town, we are the only school in our county that didn't do it before. Now there will only be one school (besides towns of P-ville and C-ville) in our county and the next 3 that don't do it.
American Idol is on pretty early I thought. I can watch it at 6 or at 7 (I get stations from two different states that are in different time zones). Tomorrow is the decision episode. Carrie Underwood will be on it (YAY! We love her!).
