The Plan

Tonight: DH and DS15 fend for themselves because DS14 and I are off to marathon training.

Tomorrow: Orzo Pimavera(saute zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, red pepper, mushrooms, shallots in olive oil, pour on 6 cups of chicken stock, add 2 cups orzo, simmer for 10 minutes, add a box of frozen peas) and grilled turkey breast tenderloin

Friday: Crabcakes Benedict(like eggs benedict, but on crabcakes instead of english muffin and canadian bacon) and asperagus.

Saturday: Roast Pork with sauted apples and onion, broccoli, maybe cornbread stuffing
