mmmmmm, cous cous

I love cous cous and roast veggies.

Tonight is asparagus carbonara and tomorrow something in the slow cooker, beany soup probably.

On Friday we're going to have a bon voyage supper for DMIL who's off to Australia for a month. Asparagus, then lamb chops and celeriac and tomato gratin. Maybe a pudding if I'm feeling really energetic after PhD day on Friday.
