DS14 has gone to a Maths class, he is out of the house from now (3.30pm) until about 9.45pm tonight, so on Tuesdays I like to make dinner at lunchtime. Today we had lamb, couscous and roasted vegetables (aubergine and courgette (that would be eggplant and zucchini I think ), onion, tomatoes, ,mushrooms, red pepper). Yum.
